Questions about the dashboard, your subscription or a feature request? There are two ways to reach the team, and both go to the same small group of people.
Support thread inside the app
The fastest route is the Ask a Question card on the dashboard. The AI assistant answers instantly, and a member of the team picks up the same thread and follows up. Replies land back in that thread, and the support alert in the app lights up when one is waiting for you. Billing and subscription questions are handled in exactly the same place, so everything stays in one conversation.
