Privacy Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Team Nothing LLC (“we”) collects when you use Team Nothing XRP Pulse Charting, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the application and its public pages.
1. Information you give us
- Account details: your name and email address, and your password, which is handled by our authentication provider and stored only in hashed form
- The plan you choose, and the questions, messages and attachments you send through the in-app support chat or the Contact form
- The content you create in the app, such as custom indicators, strategies, backtests, journal entries, alerts and watch settings
2. Information created when you use the Service
- Purchase and entitlement records: which plan, its status, dates and amounts. These never include card numbers
- Session and presence activity: when you sign in, when your session was last active, and whether a visit is currently open
- Usage data: which cards and features you open, refresh actions, and error or rate-limit events, together with technical details such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps
3. Payment information
Payments are processed by Base44 Payments (Wix Payments). Card and billing details are entered on their secure checkout page and are provided directly to them. We receive only the outcome of the transaction, such as the plan, the amount, the status and the email address used, so that we can activate your access. We do not store card numbers ourselves.
4. How we use it
- Provide the Service and keep it working, including diagnosing errors, rate limits and outages
- Activate, renew and record your subscription and entitlements
- Answer your support requests and contact messages
- Improve existing features and decide what to build next
- Send transactional email about your account, subscription and payments
- Send promotional email, but only where you have opted in
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorised access, and secure your account
- Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, such as retaining sales records
5. Legal bases for processing (UK and EU)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service and billing you), our legitimate interests (keeping the Service secure, preventing abuse and improving the product), your consent (promotional email and any non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your theme and dashboard preferences, and measure aggregate usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell your data. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, but signing in and keeping a subscription session open require them.
7. When we share information
We share personal information only with the providers that make the Service work, and only as far as needed:
- Our payment processor, to take and manage subscription payments
- Our hosting and backend platform, which runs the application and stores its data
- Our email delivery provider, to send transactional and opted-in messages
- AI providers, when you use a feature that generates output, such as price forecasts, research summaries or support replies
- Analytics and monitoring tools, for aggregate usage and error tracking
- Professional advisers, and authorities or courts where the law requires it
- A buyer or successor, if the business or the app is ever sold or transferred
8. AI features
Some features send content to an AI model to produce a response, for example the one-hour price forecast, event-impact predictions, research summaries and the support assistant. What is sent is limited to what the feature needs, such as recent price data, the market context displayed on screen, or the message you typed. Do not enter sensitive personal information into those prompts.
9. How long we keep it
Account and profile data while your account is open, and briefly afterwards. Purchase, entitlement and ledger records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support conversations for up to 24 months. Presence and session logs on a rolling window. Aggregate statistics, which do not identify you, for as long as they are useful.
10. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to it is restricted by role, and card details are never stored by us. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time where consent was the basis for processing. California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you will not be treated differently for exercising your rights.
Exercising a deletion or objection right may mean we can no longer provide paid access. To make a request, contact us through the app and we will verify it against the email on your account. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
12. International transfers
Our providers may process and store data in the United States and in other countries. Where personal information moves out of your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with those providers.
13. Children
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has an account, we will close it and delete the associated data.
14. Changes to this policy
We will update the date at the top when this policy changes, and we will tell you in the app or by email before any material change takes effect.
15. Contact
For any privacy question or request, contact us through the Contact form or the in-app support chat on the dashboard.
